About the event
Take a trip back to the past and learn how SBF came to be, and the ways bird care has evolved over the years. We are celebrating 40 years in business in 2026! We are proud to now be a second generation family business that focuses on continued education, ethical breeding practices, animal welfare, and community outreach.
A lot of things have changed since we started with Pete and Paula Di Salvo running their beloved hobby out of their home and we want to share that journey with our community. Some of you have been there since the beginning, others may be brand new to the bird world.

This ticket covers admission for: Saturday from 4-6:30 pm AND Sunday from 9-5 pm. Please note, the 10-4pm meet in greet is during our open store hours and a ticket is not required for that portion of the event. This ticket covers the after hour portions that include lectures and activities.
