These perches are made from natural growing Manzanita wood, and shapes will vary from perch to perch. Each perch is made based on the width of the branches and cut to an average length, giving them a distinct small, medium, and large size.

The sandblasted Manzanita perches have had the bark removed, leaving the strong wood. The wood underneath is incredibly strong and should stick around for quite some time. With the bark removed, the wood is much easier to grip and might be best for very young or very old birds. However any appropriately sized bird can still use the striped perches.
